Place the DJ booth adjacent to the dance floor, typically on a short side or corner, so the DJ can see and hear the crowd. Keep the dance floor central but away from dining and quiet zones, and allow at least 2–3 feet per person for dancing. - Where should the bar be located at an event?
Place the bar where it’s easily accessible but doesn’t block traffic—often along a wall or in a corner, away from dining tables and the dance floor. For large events, multiple bars reduce lines and keep guests spread out.
